My name is Tyler Niemack and I am a physical therapist, a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and Functional Dry Needling instructor for other physical therapists and medical professionals. I specialize in the field of neuro-orthopedics, analyzing body movements and functions to not only optimize one’s ability to harness the power their body poses, but to answer the all encompassing WHY question of how our bodies work and function. This skill set transfers to sports performance, youth athletes, weekend warriors and parents who not only can’t keep up with their kids, but can’t keep up with themselves. I graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in Washington State in 2016 as well as a Certified Dry Needling specialist in 2020.
Along with being a physical therapist, I am a competitive sand volleyball player and a former All-American collegiate soccer player. When I am not practicing physical therapy, I can often be found reconnecting with nature, and sharing my passion for fishing and cooking with others.
“Working with my PT clients to harness the power of the mind and body fuels my passion for physical therapy and my on-going education. Pain limits life, and my goal is always to get to the source - the WHY of the issue - to allow every client of mine to live the quality of life that they desire and deserve.”
